Shipping & Delivery

Quik Pod ships merchandise to any address within the continental United States and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and Canada. For International orders outside of these areas please shop on our International site.

We ship by USPS Priority which is an air service for timely delivery. Our warehouse is in Buffalo, NY and you can expect quick service. Your tracking number will be emailed automatically when your order ships, usually within 24 hours of your placing the order or the first Monday after a weekend if the order is placed on a weekend. Canadian orders ship by Canada Post Expedited. Your business and satisfaction are important to us.  All charges are in US funds.

All U.S. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with signature required. If customer fails to sign for package when delivered, or if the incorrect address was entered by the customer, and it is returned to our warehouse the policy is as follows.

The order can be reshipped provided the customer pays for additional shipping and handling. Alternatively, if a refund is then requested the refund will not include the shipping and handling charge.  If the original order is not signed for and is out for delivery back to our warehouse the refund will only be made when the order is received at the warehouse.  Please prevent problems by entering correct address information and providing a signature to your postal carrier.
